The AustCham Beijing Future Leaders Programs (Business, Engineering and Indigenous) are hands-on industry placement and career development programs. The program will select the top caliber of China-focused Australians, and provide them with:

• A 9-12month work placement within one of AustCham's member companies
• Return flights to China
• Mandarin language training
• AustCham Young Professional Membership
• Access to AustCham's professional business network and career development activities
• An appointed mentor from within the AustCham networks
• Airport pickup and transfer
• Accomodation support
