Part 1: Personal Details


Your Student Number is generally your username WITHOUT the 'n' and any leading zeroes (e.g., if username is n0123456, Student Number is simply 123456).

Part 2: Confirmation of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Descent (CATSID)


Indigenous Australian applicants are reminded that in applying for an identified scholarship, it is a requirement that the CATSID process is completed. Please visit the Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Descent (CATSID) for students webpage for details on what documentary evidence you need to provide, how to submit your documentary evidence to QUT, and who to contact if you have any questions.

By proceeding with this application, you consent for your Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status provided to the Oodgeroo Unit, QUT to be shared with the Selection Panel and the Scholarships team.

Part 3: Financial Hardship


The document should include your name, the type of income support payment you a receiving, and the date you last received payment (e.g., Centrelink Income Statement)

NOTE: To be eligible for Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarships, you must be able to demonstrate financial disadvantage to the University, either by: (a) being in receipt of a means-tested Commonwealth income support payment, or (b) a comprehensive financial assessment by the University.

If you still wish to be considered for the Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarships, we recommend that you instead complete an Equity Scholarships Scheme application form.

QUT will collect and use your personal information for the purposes of administering and carrying out the Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarships and may share information with nominated third parties who require the information for the management of the Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarships. This information will not be used for promotion and marketing purposes.
